• Acquisition fund (for the purchase of books, magazines, music, movies, ebooks, audiobooks and more)
• Staff development fund

To make a gift, please make a check out to The Somerville Public Library, and mail to the library, attention: Director, 79 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA 02143. Please include a note indicating the purpose for which you would like your gift to be used. And, yes, your gift is tax-deductible.

At this time, the Friends of the Somerville Public Library are accepting donations of gently-used books, DVDs, and music CDs only at the Central Library location. The donation box is located in the lobby, across from the entrance to the Teen Room.
